"It is not what you do for your children, but what you have taught them to do for themselves that will make them successful human beings."
The one thing I always wanted growing up was to be a mom. As a little girl, dreaming of my future life and family it was very clear - find love, marry, grow our family. As an adult, that path took a backseat to my career in Project Management, and was a much longer journey than it was ever envisioned to be.
Today we roll with the chaos of raising a toddler, but strive to maintain a semblance of structure. For this, I do my best to use the same skills from my day job, modified for my family.
Follow my adventures as a first-time mother, full-time Project Manager, joining the two in "successful" parenting. (Whatever it is that successful looks like as a parent.)
